A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of Moreau on April 8, 2003 in the Town Office Building, 61 Hudson Street, South Glens Falls, New York, for the purpose of offering the Town Residents an opportunity to comment on a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Application.
Supervisor Gutheil opened the Public Hearing at 7:05 p.m.

The following Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Legal Ad Section of the Post Star on April 2, 2003:
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Moreau on April 8, 2003 at 6:50 p.m. in the Town Office Building, 61 Hudson Street, South Glens Falls, New York. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to offer Town Residents an opportunity to comment on a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Application that the Town of Moreau is applying for. The grant application will focus on the installation of a water main south along Route 9, beginning at Reservoir Road to Exit 17, along Route 197, beginning at Route 9 to Route 32, construction of a water storage tank and installation of a water main in the Fernwood, Adams, Grover Road areas.
