A special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Moreau was held on April 8, 2003 in the Town Office Building, 61 Hudson Street, South Glens Falls, New York, for the purpose of discussing Niagara Mohawk, Reliant, National Grid and Erie Blvd. Hydropower.

Supervisor Gutheil convened the meeting at 5:45 p.m.

The Town Clerk called the roll, which resulted in the following Town Board Members being present or absent:

Harry G. Gutheil, Jr., Supervisor

Bob Prendergast, Councilman

Rich Hewlett, Councilman

Todd Kusnierz, Councilman (arrived during Executive Session)

Niki Baker, Councilwoman

Also Present: Jeanne Fleury, Town Clerk; Martin D. Auffredou, Attorney for the Town

A motion was made by Councilman Hewlett and seconded by Councilman Prendergast to adjourn the meeting into Executive Session at 5:45 p.m. to discuss Niagara Mohawk, Reliant, National Grid and Erie Blvd. Hydropower.

Councilman Kusnierz Absent

Supervisor Gutheil Aye

The Town Clerk did not sit in on the Executive Session.

Councilman Kusnierz arrived just after the Town Board went into Executive Session.

A motion was made by Councilman Kusnierz and seconded by Councilman Hewlett to adjourn the Executive Session and re-open the Special Meeting at 7:04 p.m.
