A special meeting of the Town Board CSEA Negotiating Team for the Town of Moreau was held on June 1, 2006 in the Town of Moreau Office Building, 61 Hudson Street, South Glens Falls, New York, for the purpose of holding CSEA Negotiations.

The meeting began at 5:30 p.m.

Also Present: Ron Gilligan and Mike Ruby from the Town of Moreau Highway Department and Denise Lawyer, negotiator for the CSEA Unit of the Highway Department

A motion was made by Councilman Kusnierz and seconded by Councilwoman Baker to adjourn to executive session at 5:30 p.m. to discuss CSEA negotiations.

Supervisor Gutheil Aye

A motion was made by Councilwoman Baker and seconded by Councilman Kusnierz to adjourn the executive session and re-open the public session at 6:00 p.m.

Councilman Kusnierz Aye

Supervisor Gutheil Aye

Supervisor Gutheil, Councilman Kusnierz and Councilwoman Baker met with union representatives from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Denise Lawyer is going to e-mail a new proposal to the Town Board.

A motion was made by Councilwoman Baker and seconded by Councilman Kusnierz to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
