A public hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of Moreau on June 13, 2006 in the Town of Moreau Office Building, 61 Hudson Street, South Glens Falls, New York for the purpose of considering the adoption of a resolution approving a financing agreement between the South Glens Fire Company, Inc, and The Adirondack Trust Company.
Supervisor Gutheil opened the public hearing at 7:08 p.m.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moreau Town Board shall conduct a Public Hearing at the Moreau Town Hall, 61 Hudson Street, South Glens Falls, New York on June 13, 2006 at 6:55 P.M. The Public Hearing, as required by § 147 (f) of the Internal Revenue Code, shall be for the purpose of considering the adoption of a Resolution approving a financing agreement between the South Glens Falls Fire Company, Inc., and The Adirondack Trust Company in a principal amount not to exceed $1,400,000.00, the purpose of which loan is to refinance debt incurred for the construction of a firehouse addition and renovations for the housing and administration of the equipment and activities of the South Glens Fire Company, Inc., as related to its obligation under its fire protection service agreement with the Town of Moreau. The facility shall be owned, operated and managed by the South Glens Falls Fire Company, Inc., and the location of the facility is 361 Reynolds Road in the Town of Moreau, New York.

Supervisor Gutheil asked again and still no response.
Supervisor Gutheil adjourned the public hearing at 7:12 p.m.
